Here is a list of what you need to get started with Chocolate Quest Repoured currently.

Installation

Forge Version

Minecraft 1.12.2 Forge version 2854 is required to run 1.12.2 CQR. Newer versions of Forge are unstable, and older versions are incompatible.

Install CQR

Download and install the latest version of CQR from CurseForge, Github or our Discord.

Install Dependencies

CQR has the following dependencies. The following mods must be installed alongside CQR:

Playing CQR

If you have followed all the installation steps, CQR should load into your Forge modded minecraft world. And...that's it! You can get started right away searching for dungeons, killing monsters, and finding epic loot.

If you are interested in the lore of the mod, check out the Story page!

Configuring CQR

CQR has a ton of configuration options that you can tweak to change the game for yourself or a modpack. After running Minecraft with CQR installed for the first time, the configuration files will auto-generate in the minecraft config folder.

Main Configuration

The Main Configuration file will be located in <<your minecraft folder>>/config. It controls the high level settings of the mod, such as how often dungeons can spawn.

Other Configurations

See Category:Configuration.
